About Coach Lott

My name is Jordan Lott, born and raised in Dallas, TX, and a proud graduate of David W. Carter High School. My football journey has taken me from youth leagues to Professional Arena Football, providing me with a wealth of experience in the sport. Currently, I am a father to a wonderful one-year-old, and family is a cornerstone of my life. My coaching philosophy and personal values are deeply influenced by my former coach, Victor Mann, and his "TeamNoSoft" philosophy. This approach emphasizes resilience, the importance of giving your best in the face of adversity, and striving for excellence both on and off the field.

My educational background includes a stint at Washington & Jefferson College, where I majored in Education from 2018 to 2019. Presently, I am pursuing a major in Business at Campus Education (formerly MTI). My coaching career has been diverse and enriching, starting with a role as WR/DB Coach at Assist Prep and eventually serving as an Interim Head Coach. I further honed my skills at Uplift Wisdom Prep where I took on responsibilities as Assistant Head Coach then Interim Head Coach and most recently Dakota Jr. Sr. High School where I held the roles of JV Head Coach and defensive analyst.
